Often I get clients of mine wanting to start with meditation, but they are not sure how to do it, or what to do, how to sit or what to think.

I offer various guided meditations that can help you with with:

Please note:  Sometimes, especially when wanting to meet and connect to your Spirit Guides, or Higher Self etc, it takes more than one meditation to connect.  Once you have reached readiness on your Spiritual Path to meet them, or connect with them, will you do so. If it does not happen on the first attempt, do not feel disappointed or discouraged, just keep on and it will happen eventually.
